Larkin's Hundred, a two-story brick Georgian house in Harwood, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, was likely built in the second quarter of the eighteenth century for Captain Joseph Cowman, a wealthy Quaker mariner, despite local tradition attributing it to Thomas Larkin in 1704. Also known as The Castle, the house features a noteworthy interior stairway of American walnut. A white clapboard kitchen wing was added to the west end in 1870. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1969.
