The Life Theatre was an Art Deco movie theater located at 533 Quezon Boulevard in Quiapo, Manila, designed by architect Pablo S. Antonio Sr. and completed in 1941. During its operational years, the theater was reserved for blockbuster films, distinguished by its large audience capacity and air-conditioning system. Later known as the Teofilo Villonco Building, it remained under the ownership of the Villonco family, whose members were prominent in the theater industry. The auditorium was demolished between April and June 2017, with the remainder of the structure razed by 2018 to make way for Infinity Square, a 27-storey commercial development. The building's Art Deco facade was preserved and incorporated into the design of the new high-rise.
