Little Post Office is a historic post office building in Martinsville, Virginia, constructed in 1893 as a small one-story brick structure featuring a gable front and frame rear extension detailed in the Queen Anne style. Built for contract post office operations, it served under the supervision of star route mail delivery superintendent John B. Anglin from 1893 to 1917. Both the exterior and single-room interior display Queen Anne ornamentation. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 and designated a Virginia Historic Landmark, the building now functions as part of an art installation operated by the Piedmont Arts Association and stands within the East Church Street–Starling Avenue Historic District.
