Built in 1937 for the Office of the Supervising Architect, the US Post Office in Bronxville, Westchester County, is a Colonial Revival structure designed by consulting architect Eric Kebbon. The 1½-story brick building, trimmed in limestone, displays six notably flat limestone pilasters flanking its central entrance. The interior lobby features a 1939 mural by artist John French Sloan depicting *The Arrival of the First Mail in Bronxville in 1846*, commemorating the village's postal history. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, the building exemplifies the refined civic architecture characteristic of New Deal-era federal post offices.
