The LuNeack House is a frame Victorian residence built in 1894 in Cincinnati's Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood, distinguished by its well-preserved ornamental detailing and minimal alterations since construction. Rising two-and-a-half stories with clapboard walls, the house features a large south-facing front porch ornamented with spindles, balustrades, and prominent window lintels, while its gables showcase imbricated shingles, circular windows, and elaborately carved bargeboards. A hexagonal bay on the western side and extensions to the rear have modified the original rectangular footprint. A 1978 preservation survey deemed it "outstanding" among the area's wooden Victorian structures, leading to its 1979 National Register listing as part of a multiple-property submission that encompassed seventeen Columbia-Tusculum historic resources.
