The McNutt-Howard House is a historic residence in Maryville, Tennessee, built around 1900 for Robert G. McNutt. Designed in the Queen Anne and Classical Revival architectural styles, the house exemplifies the eclectic taste of early twentieth-century residential architecture, blending ornamental Victorian detailing with neoclassical restraint. The property later came under the ownership of W. B. Howard, who held it from 1908 through the 1930s. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
