The Moody Mansion, a Late Victorian Queen Anne residence built in 1890 in Pittston, Maine, exemplifies the architectural ambitions of the Gilded Age. Designed by the Parfitt Brothers and originally conceived as a summer house, this imposing structure showcases the ornate detailing and asymmetrical forms characteristic of Queen Anne style. Now converted to apartments, the mansion was recognized for its historical significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
