The N. Williams House at 7 Rawson Street in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, is a 2½-story wood-frame Greek Revival residence built circa 1845–55 and recognized as one of the town's finest examples of the style. The five-bay-wide structure features corner pilasters supporting a full, wide cornice; windows set in moulded frames; and a main entry framed by sidelights, pilasters, and a cornice. Two secondary entrances on the east elevation—one with sidelights and transom window, the other with a transom window—provide additional architectural interest, while a pair of interior chimneys complete the design. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 7, 1983.
