The William Gibbs House in Waltham, Massachusetts, is a notable Greek Revival residence dating to the 1840s, built by William Gibbs, a hat manufacturer. This two-and-a-half-story wood-frame structure exemplifies the temple-front style characteristic of Greek Revival architecture, distinguished by four two-story Corinthian columns that support a fully pedimented gable topped with a deep, dentillated cornice. One of Waltham's few houses in this style, it subsequently passed to another hat maker before being lost to foreclosure. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
