The Gilbert Colburn House is a two-story wood-frame duplex built around 1870 on Crescent Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, and represents a nearly intact example of Italianate residential architecture constructed for workers of the Waltham Watch Company. Its symmetrical main facade features a pair of centered entrances, each crowned with an ornate scrolled hood, flanked by projecting polygonal bays that extend the full two stories and include distinctive apron panels. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, the house reflects both Italianate and Renaissance Revival stylistic elements characteristic of mid-nineteenth-century domestic building in this industrial Massachusetts town.
