The Perez Smith House was a 2½-story wood-frame residence at 46 Lincoln Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, built in 1851 and representing a notable transitional style between Greek Revival and Italianate architecture. The house exemplified refined mid-nineteenth-century domestic design, featuring a three-bay Italianate façade with a deep cornice adorned with decorative brackets and round-arch windows in the gable. Greek Revival elements included pilastered cornerboards, while its center entry was distinguished by sidelight windows, a transom window, and a paneled sunburst detail. Windows throughout were topped by heavy corniced lintels. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, the house was demolished in June 2024.
