Nina Tower is a high-rise complex in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, comprising two buildings completed in 2006 and designed by Liu Rongguang Wu Zhenmin Architects. Originally conceived as a single tower planned to reach 518 meters, the project was restructured into two towers—an 80-storey and a 42-storey building—due to height restrictions imposed by proximity to Chek Lap Kok Airport, limiting the taller structure to 319.8 meters. The development was renamed to honor late Chinachem Group owner Nina Wang and her husband Teddy Wang, with the higher tower symbolizing Wang's memory and the lower tower named after the late Wang. The complex sits near Tsuen Wan West station in Hong Kong's New Territories.
