Notleymere, a Shingle Style summer cottage built between 1885 and 1889 on the eastern shore of Cazenovia Lake in Madison County, New York, was designed by architect Robert W. Gibson for the Frank Norton estate. The picturesque 3½-story structure exemplifies the period's asymmetrical massing, with dark-stained wooden shingles covering its exterior and a steeply pitched, multi-gabled shingle roof. Distinctive features include two tall, corbelled brick chimneys and a three-story polygonal turret. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, the house operated as a bed and breakfast before being purchased and extensively remodeled in 2014–2015 for use as a private residence. Nearby, several hundred yards north on the same shore, stands another registered summer cottage, Ormonde.
