The Oka Chōshizuka Kofun is a keyhole-shaped burial mound located in the Yashiro-cho Oka neighborhood of Fuefuki, Yamanashi, in the Tōkai region of Japan. Dating to the late fourth century during the Kofun period, this zenpō-kōen-fun (keyhole-form tumulus) exemplifies the monumental funerary architecture of its era. The mound was designated a Yamanashi Prefecture Historic Site in 1988 and now sits within the Yashiro Furusato Park. Its name distinguishes it from numerous other kofun nationwide bearing the "Chōshizuka" designation, particularly the Kai Chōshizuka Kofun in nearby Kōfu, which holds National Historic Site status.
