Old City Hall stands at 410 Cushman Street in Fairbanks, Alaska, a two-story Art Deco civic building constructed of reinforced concrete in 1935. Built as a fireproof successor to an earlier city hall, the structure features a roughly T-shaped plan with incised quoining patterns at the corners and decorative bands along the parapet. Originally designed to house municipal offices alongside police and fire stations—the latter identifiable by equipment bay entrances on Cushman Street, now infilled—the building was expanded to its rear before 1950 and again following the devastating 1967 floods. The city relocated to the adjacent Main School in 1994; the building subsequently served as home to the Fairbanks Community Museum before being acquired by Fairbanks Distilling Company in 2014. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
