Located at 315 Avenue A in downtown Fort Pierce, Florida, the Old City Hall is a Mediterranean and Italian Renaissance Revival structure built in 1925 during the height of the Florida land boom. Designed by architect William Hatcher and constructed by builder C.E. Cahow, the building served as the city's municipal seat until 1983. It underwent a comprehensive restoration in 1995 at a cost of $500,000, marking the beginning of Fort Pierce's preservation efforts. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 7, 2001.
