Located at 672 Fifth Street in Chipley, Florida, the Old Chipley City Hall is a Mission Revival structure completed in 1929 for $8,000. Designed by Tallahassee architect Alvin R. Moore, the building features a red brick façade constructed from local materials sourced from Hall's Brickyard and decorative tilework from the Interlocking Tiling Company in Jacksonville. Built by contractors J.R. and Lee H. Buchanan, it originally served as the city's municipal seat before later use as the Washington County Public Library. The building underwent renovation in 2004 and was further modernized in 2007 when it became home to the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 30, 2005.
