The Oneida County Courthouse in Malad, Idaho is a 1939 Art Deco building constructed as a Works Project Administration project. Designed by the architectural firm Sundberg & Sundberg, it replaced an earlier 1882 Italianate courthouse and has served the county since its completion. The same architects designed two companion WPA courthouses in Idaho during the same period—the Jefferson County Courthouse in Rigby and the Jerome County Courthouse in Jerome, both begun in 1938. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
