Located along State Highway 133 near Redstone, Colorado, the Osgood Gamekeeper's Lodge is a timber-frame house designed by architect Theodore Davis Boal in the Swiss chalet style during the early twentieth century. Built for John C. Osgood, the Colorado Fuel and Iron magnate who developed Redstone as a company town for coal miners, the lodge served the estate's private game preserves—which hosted notable guests including Theodore Roosevelt, John D. Rockefeller, and King Leopold II. Though Redstone largely emptied within a decade and many of its original structures were demolished or relocated, this gamekeeper's cottage remains one of the few surviving buildings outside the village to retain its original character. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, it continues in use as a private residence.
