The Osgood–Kuhnhausen House, also known as Carina's Cottage, stands on Redstone Boulevard in Redstone, Colorado, as a timber-frame structure built in the Tudor Revival style at the beginning of the twentieth century. It was part of a company town established by John C. Osgood, founder of the Colorado Fuel and Iron company, who constructed hundreds of cottages to house coal miners and coking workers employed at nearby mines and coke ovens. Most of these dwellings were abandoned within a decade after CF&I ceased operations and were subsequently demolished or relocated; the Kuhnhausen house remains one of the few to survive largely intact on its original site. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
