Built in 1789, the Ould Al Hamra Mosque stands in the medina of Casablanca as a Moorish architectural landmark. Notably, it shares a remarkably compact urban zone of just 250 square meters with two other significant religious structures—the Ettedgui Synagogue and the Church of San Buenaventura—together representing the three Abrahamic faiths in close proximity within the medina's traditional fabric.
