The Packard Automotive Plant in Detroit, Michigan, was a factory designed by renowned industrial architect Albert Kahn and completed in 1911 to manufacture luxury automobiles for the Packard Motor Car Company. The facility later operated under the Studebaker-Packard Corporation before ultimately falling into disuse. Once a centerpiece of Detroit's automotive manufacturing legacy, the plant now stands largely empty and partially demolished, with demolition efforts beginning in October 2022 and continuing intermittently before halting, leaving portions of the complex still standing among the ruins.
