The Palacio Minetti in Rosario, Argentina, is an Art Deco palace completed around 1931 that stands as one of the city's finest examples of the style. Commissioned by businessman Domingo Minetti as corporate headquarters for his vegetable oil and mill company, it was designed by architects José Gerbino, Luis Schwarz, and Juan Bautista Durand, and constructed by Candia y Cía. Situated at one end of the pedestrian segment of Córdoba Street in the historic Paseo del Siglo district, the building features a distinctive portal with four red granite columns supporting a tall white façade ornamented with uniform rhomboids. Its crowning element—a stepped pyramid topped by bronze statues of two women holding a torch—exemplifies the geometric drama and symbolic aspiration characteristic of the era.
