Pearl Bank Apartments was a brutalist high-rise residential building designed by architect Tan Cheng Siong and completed in June 1976 on Pearl's Hill in Outram, near Singapore's Chinatown district. Upon completion, it stood as both the tallest and densest residential building in Singapore, establishing a landmark precedent for high-rise, high-density urban living that would influence residential development across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The building was demolished in 2020.
