Located at 106 West Lake Street in Petoskey, Michigan, the Public Works Utility Building is a two-story concrete Moderne structure completed in 1937. The design features metal-framed windows and grooved exterior walls that evoke classical fluting, while a protruding entry bay marks the façade. A single-story addition extends from the rear. Built to replace an earlier facility and continuing the city's long-standing effort to provide electrical power to the community, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
