The Pine State Creamery, a Moderne-style dairy factory in Raleigh, North Carolina, was constructed in 1928 as a two-story reinforced concrete structure clad in cream-colored brick. Its austere design comprises five bays by six bays beneath a flat roof, punctuated by a crenellated parapet and an emphatic three-story corner tower. Additions expanded the original building during the 1940s and 1960s, adapting to evolving industrial needs. The structure has since been repurposed for office and retail use. It was designated a Raleigh Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
