The Polk Hotel in Haines City, Florida, is a historic structure built in the Italian Renaissance Revival style, blending Mediterranean Revival elements characteristic of early twentieth-century Florida architecture. Located at 800–810 Hinson Avenue, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 17, 1994. Originally serving as a hotel, it is now home to Landmark Baptist College, a ministry of Landmark Baptist Church, and houses WLVF Gospel 90.3 FM, a gospel and bluegrass radio station also affiliated with the church. Known locally as the "Old Polk Hotel," the building reflects the region's architectural heritage and its adaptive reuse for religious and educational purposes.
