Ponce Servicios is a brutalist municipal building occupying an entire city block in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and the largest structure in the municipality by footprint area. Completed in 1981, it was originally constructed as Plaza del Mercado Juan Bigas to provide air-conditioned market space for merchants while the historic Plaza de Mercado Isabel II underwent restoration. Named after businessman Juan Bigas Moulins, the new building initially attracted some but not most vendors from the older market, many of whom objected to higher rents and felt the austere brutalist architecture lacked the historic character of the Art Deco Isabel II building. The structure served as a fruit and vegetable market for 26 years until 2007, when merchants relocated back to the restored Isabel II building. After sitting vacant for three years, the Puerto Rico government transferred it to the Ponce Municipal Government in 2010. Reconditioned as office space, the building reopened in October 2013 under its current name, Ponce Servicios, offering various municipal services to residents.
