Posco Tower-Songdo, also known as Northeast Asia Trade Tower, is a 305-meter skyscraper designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and completed in 2011 in Songdo International City, South Korea's ambitious waterfront development in the Incheon Free Economic Zone. The 68-story building, South Korea's sixth tallest as of 2025, briefly held the national height record after topping out in 2009, though its interior completion was delayed by financial difficulties during the recession. The tower combines 19 floors of class A office space with a luxury hotel, serviced residences, retail stores, and an observatory on the 65th floor. Notable design features include column-free floor plates, a ground-level office lobby finished with French limestone and Vermont slate, and its prominent position as an anchor landmark for the Songdo International Business District.
