The Pressey-Eustis House is a 1½-story wood-frame residence in Winchester, Massachusetts, built in the early 1850s and representing the Gothic Revival style of its era. The house exemplifies Gothic Victorian taste through its distinctive decorative elements, particularly the unusual acorn-patterned vergeboard and finials crowning the gables. Its L-shaped floor plan, common to the period, features a porch nestled at the corner of the L. The residence gained further historical prominence as the home of George Eustis, Winchester's town treasurer from 1910 to 1924, who lived there from approximately 1870 until 1940. Recognized for its architectural and historical significance, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
