The Quinta de Presa is an 18th-century French Rococo country mansion in the Rímac district of Lima, Peru, constructed during the viceroyalty of Manuel de Amat y Junyent. Encompassing 15,159 square meters, this substantial estate exemplifies the refined architectural tastes of colonial Peru's governing elite. Though commonly misidentified as the Perricholi Palace, the Quinta de Presa stands as a significant example of European-influenced domestic architecture in the Andes, now recognized as part of Peru's UNESCO World Heritage cultural patrimony.
