The November Revolution Monument, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and completed in 1926 at the Friedrichsfelde Central Cemetery in Berlin's Lichtenberg district, was a memorial dedicated to KPD leaders Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg and other activists killed in 1919 and 1920 during the suppression of leftist uprisings by government-aligned paramilitary forces. The Nazis demolished the structure to its foundations in 1935, and it was never rebuilt after World War II.
