The Riviera Hotel, located at 719 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is a five-story brick-faced structure built around 1930 by architect Charles L. Thompson. Designed in a style reminiscent of the Chicago School, the building's main facade is divided into two outer sections flanking a central panel, each topped by a rounded arch with carved foliate panels in the corner sections. Horizontal bands separate the windows at the lower levels, while the ground floor features a commercial storefront. The hotel was recognized for its local architectural significance and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
