Rookwood Apartments is a three-story brick apartment building located at 718–734 Noyes Street in Evanston, Illinois, designed by architects Conner & O'Connor and completed in 1927. Built in the Tudor Revival style, the structure features limestone trim, large square blocks of stone separating casement windows, and ashlar stone entrances and courtyard walls. The building is distinguished among Evanston's apartments for its dual courtyards—one open-facing street and one more secluded at the building's side. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 15, 1984.
