Located at the northeast corner of Hinman Avenue and Grove Street in Evanston, Illinois, the Raymond Park Apartments is a seven-story residential building completed in 1928. Designed by architects Hall, Laurence & Ratcliffe in the Tudor Revival style, the structure was among Evanston's largest apartment buildings at the time of its construction. The exterior features a brick facade with stone sections, embellished with characteristic half-timbering and leadlight windows, while the interior lobbies extend the medieval aesthetic through decorative strapwork, oak paneling, and slate flooring. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
