Westminster is a historic apartment building at 632–640 Hinman Avenue in Evanston, Illinois, designed by local architect John A. Nyden and completed in 1912. This three-story Prairie School structure displays characteristic early twentieth-century design elements including limestone banding, arched entrances, and wood-mullioned windows, all crowned by a hipped roof with bracketed cornice. The building's practical U-shaped layout encloses a generous central courtyard, a common feature in Nyden's apartment designs throughout Evanston. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
