Russell Common is a rare multiunit row house in Arlington, Massachusetts, designed by the locally prominent architectural firm Gay & Proctor and completed in 1898. Located at 2–10 Park Terrace, just northeast of Arlington's town center, this 2½-story structure exemplifies Shingle style architecture and represents an uncommon application of that residential aesthetic to a multiunit building. Originally constructed to take advantage of the nearby railroad, the building now sits surrounded by Arlington's commercial district, though it remains accessible from a municipal parking lot that once served as a park. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
