The S. T. Zimmerman House is a historic residence in Lawrence, Kansas, built around 1870 by mill owner S. T. Zimmerman. Constructed of brick in the Second Empire style—a distinctive choice in its region—the two-story house is distinguished by a square tower, arched window openings, a bell-cast mansard roof, and elaborate wrought iron detailing. The exterior remains largely unaltered, while the interior, though modified in places, retains substantial integrity. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 6, 1974.
