The Zimmerman House, a 1951 single-family residence in Manchester, New Hampshire's North End neighborhood, exemplifies Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie School architecture. Designed for Dr. Isadore Zimmerman and his wife Lucille, it stands as the first of only two Wright-designed houses in New Hampshire; the second, the Toufic H. Kalil House, was built nearby in 1955. The home represents one of Wright's relatively rare northeastern commissions. After the Zimmermans' deaths, the house was donated to the Currier Museum of Art, which now operates it as a house museum offering public tours. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, the building remains a significant example of Wright's residential work in the early post-war era.
