The Toufic H. Kalil House is a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed residence in Manchester, New Hampshire's North End neighborhood, completed in 1955 as a Usonian Automatic home for Dr. Toufic and Mildred Kalil, a Lebanese professional couple. Wright's term "Usonian Automatic" described economical houses built from modular concrete blocks—this example employs 2,580 such blocks to create its 1,380-square-foot footprint. Characteristic of Wright's Usonian philosophy, the design eschews ornament in favor of simple linear forms, with symmetrical rows of rectangular windows lending airiness to the heavy concrete structure. The home contains a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study, with most of its original built-in furniture still intact. Completed at a cost of $75,000—triple the original budget—the house stands just blocks from the Zimmerman House, another Wright-designed Usonian built five years earlier for a colleague of Dr. Kalil. Acquired by the Currier Museum of Art in November 2019, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in September 2025.
