The Samuel Vaisberg House, built in 1927 in Long Beach, Nassau County, New York, exemplifies the Spanish Revival architecture that flourished during the pre-Depression boom. The 2½-story residence features a stucco exterior and a hipped roof of clay tile, characteristic of Mediterranean Revival design. Decorative art glass windows provide ornamental detail, while a matching stucco garage stands on the property. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, the house represents the residential building traditions of Long Island's prosperous interwar period.
