The Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz is a theatre in the Wilmersdorf district of Berlin, situated on the Kurfürstendamm boulevard. Originally the Universum cinema, the building was designed by architect Erich Mendelsohn in 1928. The structure was later converted for use as a performing arts center and theatre, preserving its modernist legacy while adapting it for theatrical presentation.
