Schlosstheater Schwetzingen is a court theater in Schwetzingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, designed by Nicolas de Pigage and opened in 1753 as part of Schloss Schwetzingen. Built in the neoclassical style, the theater incorporates rococo elements alongside neoclassical features added in 1762, though it is sometimes misleadingly called a "Rokokotheater." Since 1952, it has served as the principal venue of the Schwetzingen Festival and remains known by several names, including Hoftheater, Hofoper, and Comoedienhaus.
