The Singers Hill Synagogue, located on Blucher Street in Birmingham city centre, is a Romanesque Revival structure completed in 1856 by architect Yeoville Thomason. Serving the Birmingham Hebrew Congregation, an Orthodox Jewish community that traces its origins to 1780, the building reflects the congregation's Ashkenazi tradition. Designated a Grade II* listed building in 1970, the synagogue represents a significant example of mid-nineteenth-century religious architecture in the Midlands.
