Smith Clinic is a modest Art Deco office building completed in 1939 in Thomasville, North Carolina. This small, one-story brick structure measures approximately 34 feet wide and 104 feet deep, and is distinguished by a projecting entrance bay of cast concrete topped with a stepped parapet—characteristic details of the Art Deco style. Originally designed to serve as a medical facility, the building housed clinical offices for more than 35 years following its construction. It was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
