Located at 100 E 13th Street in Ada, Oklahoma, the Sugg Clinic stands as an outstanding example of Streamline Moderne architecture. Designed by architect Albert S. Ross and opened in 1947, the building was constructed to realize Dr. Alfred R. Sugg's vision of a large, modern medical facility for the growing city, earning praise as "one of the best equipped clinics in the Southwest." The structure exemplifies the style through smooth tile walls, curved corners, glass block windows, and brushed aluminum trim. The clinic operated until 1980, after which it stood vacant before being restored as an office building. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it remains a distinctive reminder of mid-twentieth-century healthcare architecture.
