Spring Hill, also known as the Theophilus Hunter House, is a historic plantation residence in Raleigh, North Carolina, built between approximately 1816 and 1820 as a two-story rectangular Georgian-style frame house with a one-story rear wing. The structure underwent Colonial Revival renovations in 1908 and again in the 1960s. Originally standing on the grounds of the now-closed Dorothea Dix Hospital, where it housed hospital staff, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Since June 2001, it has served as the North Carolina Japan Center at North Carolina State University.
