St. Anthony Park Branch Library is a 1917 Carnegie library in Saint Paul, Minnesota, built in the Beaux-Arts style and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Though modest at 10,590 square feet, it has long punched above its size: in 2005 it circulated nearly 266,000 items, making it the third-busiest branch in the city. A rotunda addition built in 1999 to the rear of the building houses one of Saint Paul's largest children's collections. The library serves neighborhood residents, students and faculty from the nearby University of Minnesota St. Paul Campus and Luther Seminary, and patrons from Minneapolis and Ramsey County, with particular strength in Chinese and Korean language materials for the significant Asian graduate student population. An iconic fixture of the St. Anthony Park neighborhood, it is the only branch with its own community advocacy group and has inspired the annual St. Anthony Park Arts Festival, which now extends for multiple blocks from its front lawn.
