The Stomner House, a Victorian residence built in 1896 on 3rd Street NE in Mayville, North Dakota, exemplifies the architectural character of its era. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, the house holds significance both for its Victorian design and its historical ties to the Ellertson and Stomner families. The building later became a contributing property to the Mayville Historic District when that district was established in 1985.
