Teatre Grec is an open-air theatre built in 1928 on Montjuïc in Barcelona, designed by architect Ramon Reventós i Farrarons in the Noucentisme style. The structure evokes classical Greek theatre traditions while reflecting the early twentieth-century Catalan architectural movement's synthesis of modernism and classical principles. Nestled on the hillside, the venue exemplifies the period's ambition to create culturally significant public spaces that merged historical inspiration with contemporary design sensibilities.
